Built for tree surgeons

Here’s what’s actually different.

We don’t sell you leads to chase.

We don’t sell the same enquiry to four other firms.

We run ads under your name, chase every enquiry and book the quote visit straight into your diary.

From enquiry to your diary

Here’s how it works.

01

Ads under your name.

We run ads in your area, from your own ad account, branded to your business and aimed at removals and reductions.

02

Every enquiry chased in minutes.

The moment a homeowner enquires, they get a text. Not tomorrow, not after you’ve finished on the tools. Within minutes.

03

Qualified, then booked.

Our chatbot asks what the job is, how many trees, how big, where and how soon, and asks for a photo. If it’s worth the drive, it books the quote visit into your diary. Under your minimum, it gets a photo quote instead.

04

You see everything.

Your dashboard shows every enquiry, every booking, which jobs you quoted and which you won. Not a PDF at the end of the month.

That’s it. You don’t chase a single enquiry.
You don’t run an ad account.

You check the diary, turn up and quote.

No fudging the numbers

What counts as a booked visit.

A homeowner in your area

Inside the area you’ve told us you cover. Out-of-area bookings are replaced.

A job you actually do

A service on your list, above the smallest job you’ll drive out for. A single hedge trim gets a photo quote, not a visit, and doesn’t count.

A real, verified phone number

Fake or unreachable numbers and duplicates are replaced, never counted.

Booked into your diary for a site visit

At a time you’ve said you’re free, with the job details and photo in front of you.

Attendance isn’t a condition: the booking is ours, the visit is yours. If a homeowner doesn’t show, they go into the automatic rebook flow, and a rebooked visit only counts once.

The trial

5 booked quote visits for £100 + VAT.

£100 + VAT is our whole fee

That covers set-up, the ads, chasing every enquiry and booking your 5 visits. All we ask in return is an honest video testimonial at the end.

£25 a day ad spend, paid directly by you

Not to us. It goes from your own card into your own ad account, and it never passes through us.

Then we go through the numbers together

Once all 5 visits are booked: bookings, quotes and wins, straight from your dashboard.

Carry on, or don’t

It’s your call. If it isn’t for you, you keep every booking and walk away.

Your bookings are never shared with other firms.

Who it’s for

Is this right for your firm?

It’s for you if

  • You do removals and larger reductions, not just hedges and garden tidies
  • You’re insured, with a crew and a chipper and stump grinder (your own or hired)
  • Someone can answer or call back within an hour on weekdays
  • You work a defined area you can name
  • You can fund £25 a day of ad spend and fit in three or more extra quote visits a week

It’s not for you yet if

  • You mostly do hedges and garden tidies
  • You’re a one-man band below the VAT threshold
  • Nobody can call homeowners back during the week
  • You’d rather see how the trial goes before putting £25 a day behind it

Straight answers

Questions tree surgeons ask us.

Aren’t Facebook enquiries all time wasters?

Plenty are, which is why you never see raw enquiries. Every one is texted and asked about the job first. If it’s under your minimum, it gets a photo quote, not a visit. You only see booked visits, and your dashboard shows which ones you quoted and won.

I’ve tried Checkatrade and Bark. How is this different?

Those sites sell the same lead to several firms and leave you to chase it. Here the ads run under your name, every enquiry from them is yours, and we do the chasing and the booking. You see every booking as it lands.

Word of mouth keeps me busy. Why would I need this?

Word of mouth is the best work going. This is for the gaps it leaves, like the quiet weeks after Christmas, so the diary stays full of the jobs you actually want.

Will you just send me hedges?

No. You set your services, your area and the smallest job worth a visit. Anything under it gets a photo quote or a call-back and doesn’t count towards your 5.

Is there a contract?

No. There’s no contract. There are simple terms you agree to, and after the trial it’s month to month, so you can leave any time.

£25 a day on top sounds a lot.

It’s £25 a day ad spend, paid directly by you, not to us, so you stay in control of it. Work out what one removal brings you and how many a month would cover it. If you can’t put £25 a day behind the ads right now, the trial isn’t the right fit yet.

What happens after the trial?

Only if you want to carry on: £1,000 + VAT a month, month to month, leave any time. Your £100 is credited against the first month.

Do you guarantee results?

No. We don’t promise sales and we don’t dress it up. The trial is 5 booked quote visits that meet the definition above. Quoting and winning the job is yours, and your dashboard shows you exactly how that’s going.

I’m flat out at the moment.

If you can’t fit in three or more extra quote visits a week, it’s probably not the time. If you’re busy now but dread the quiet months, the best time to set it up is before they arrive.

What happens on the call?

It’s a 20-minute video call. We ask about your business and the jobs you want more of, show you how it works and what it costs, and you decide. No pressure.
