What we collect

When you book a call we collect your name, business name, email address, mobile number, website or Facebook page, and your answers about your firm: the work you do, crew size, insurance and kit, how quickly you can call back, the area you cover, VAT registration, whether you can fund ad spend and how many extra visits you could take on. We record the wording and time of your marketing consent, and the call time you book.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, decide whether the trial suits your firm, arrange and hold the call, and follow up about our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, for marketing messages, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Our contact and booking system is GoHighLevel (LeadConnector); calls are held on Google Meet.

Website and advertising measurement

We use the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API to measure visits, button clicks, page engagement, enquiries and bookings, and to measure and improve our advertising. This uses Meta cookies, advertising click identifiers, IP address and browser information. For enquiry and booking events, your email, phone and name are hashed before being sent to Meta for matching; hashing does not make them anonymous. The site also sets a first-party session cookie (up to 30 days) that connects your form to your booking and prevents duplicate events. Browser storage remembers your submission reference and campaign attribution; local storage keeps the first visit’s campaign attribution for up to 90 days. Meta cookies can last up to 90 days.

How long we keep it

Funnel processing records are deleted after 30 days. Contact records and bookings stay in our CRM while we manage your enquiry and any relationship with you, and are reviewed at least every two years.

Who else processes it

Our hosting (Vercel and Supabase), CRM (GoHighLevel), calendar (Google) and advertising (Meta) providers process information for us and some may process it outside the UK under their own safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations. We never sell your information.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to move elsewhere. You can stop marketing at any time: reply STOP to a text or use the unsubscribe link in an email. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
